Renovation to an Existing Outbuilding in collaboration with Historic Pro NOLA Historic Tax Credit Consulting (HP NOLA). Cultivo and HP NOLA worked with the homeowners to put set forth a set of plans to fully restore this Garden District Outbuilding utilizing State and Federal Historic Tax Credits that modernizes the layout with new fixtures, finishes, and cabinetry.
