IRISH CHANNEL GREEK REVIVAL

Spring 2025

Renovation to an Existing Greek Revival Double Shotgun in collaboration with Alexander Historic Renovations New Orleans (AHR). Cultivo and AHR worked with the homeowners to put set forth a set of plans to fully restore this 1870’s Greek Revival Shotgun utilizing State and Federal Historic Tax Credits that modernizes the layout with new fixtures, finishes, and cabinetry.
